Artist Statement: "What is art but a line? The first piece of art was done by some ancestor to the human race. They some how made a mark into the sand or on the wall of a cave and from there everything fell in line to what art is today. I've resorted art to its basic format, line. Becoming frustrated with everything being art these days I feel that we need to step back to the basics and work our way up again. We have lost the preciseness of art and for that there are to many things that are not real. I want to start from nothing so I have only one way to go and thats up. I want to show raw loose marks, pure forms of expression and the truth of art's roots. When I was deconstructing art I knew that with deconstruction comes reconstruction and with reconstruction comes expression and as artist thats all we need."
