David Hammel

David Hammel is a fifth generation Floridian. He has won many awards for his art and has been recognized by such notables as the former First Lady of Florida Columba Bush, the late artist Robert Rauschenberg, Olga Hirshorn and wildlife expert Jack Hanna. He has maintained a working fine art studio in Ft. Myers since 1990. His artistic skills encompass many media including stone carving, metal sculpture, painting, printmaking, glass fusing, rustic furniture and all aspects of pottery.
