E. Dwight Conley was born in Syracuse, New York. He graduated with Honors from Ringling College of Art and Design in 1980 with a degree in Fine Art. For 35 years, his main medium has been self-designed bronze casting. He has work displayed in several galleries and institutions, both private and public, including Southwest Florida Museum, Yuseppa Island Museum, Mystic Maritime Museum, Florida Museum of National History, University of Florida, City of Venice, and Manatee County.
