My name is Kari and I am a non-traditional part time Photography and Imaging major looking to find my way along a different path in life. I was born and raised in Sarasota County, the sixth of seven children. When I was seventeen, I borrowed my parents' point and shoot Canon camera and took it with me on a cross-country vacation with my grandparents and cousin. It was on this trip that the photo bug bit me. Many years and almost as many mistakes later, I am a proud Ringling student. My hope is that those who view or purchase my pieces get as much enjoyment at looking at them as I did in creating them.
