Linda Hunsaker is a printmaking/mixed media artist/illustrator/fiber artist. After graduating from Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Fl she attended City College of San Francisco and studied printmaking at Sonoma State University in CA. For four years she was a guard at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in MYC. Hunsaker has work in the collections of New Mexico state, Sarasota county, FL, and the Historic Santa Fe Foundation. She has had five one-person shows and has been in over fifty group exhibitions. She is a member of the Boston Printmakers, Los Angeles Printmakers Society, and the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. For Seven Years she was a resident artist at El Zaguan in Santa Fe, NM. She has received a grant from the Thaw Charitable Trust. She is represented by the Watson McRae Gallery in Sanibel, FL and the Teresa Neptune Studio/Gallery in Santa Fe, NM.
